    Kitchen class, then lunch at the table

    Morning or 16:00. Two-hour family version on request.

      Apron, market bag, the dough

      You mix, rest, and roll. The first wrappers will be ugly. That is the point.

    2. 11:00

      Pleat, steam, achar

      Filling, folds, the steamer, then the achar that makes the momo worth it.

    3. 12:15

      Dal bhat you cooked

      Rice, lentil, tarkari, pickle. Eat at her table. Leftovers in a tiffin.
